Introduction

FSMQC offers ISO/IEC 17065:2012 - Implementer as a separate implementer course. Participants study the subject modules below and apply them through the selected training track. Completion of one track does not automatically award the other tracks.

Catalogue code: I07-IMP. Contact FSMQC to confirm the course dates, entry requirements, delivery language and applicable assessment route.

Objectives

Draft certification workflow, role controls, competence criteria and impartiality arrangements. Build a gap and implementation plan aligned to the selected scheme.

Target Attendees

Certification body managers, evaluators, reviewers and quality staff. FSMQC confirms course readiness, language and learner support needs before enrolment.

Course Outlines

Module 1. Certification scope and impartiality
Explain certification schemes, defined scope, impartiality and confidentiality. Identify conflicts between commercial activities, evaluation and certification decisions.

Module 2. Competence and resources
Review personnel competence, authorisation and access to suitable evaluation resources. Define responsibilities for internal and external resources and retain evidence of oversight.

Module 3. Certification process
Follow application review, evaluation, review and certification decision. Explain independent decision arrangements, certification documentation and controls over changes, surveillance and status where the scheme requires them.

Module 4. System control and improvement
Explain complaint and appeal handling, certification marks, record security, internal audit and management review. Address errors or nonconformities through controlled corrective action.

Methodology

FSMQC uses instructor-led explanation, guided discussion and course-specific applied practice.

A fictional product certification file with incomplete evaluation evidence and a conflicted decision role. Use an FSMQC authored, fictional case with sufficient facts and records for independent learner work.

Learning resources: Application, evaluation report, review and decision records, scheme summary and impartiality register. Provide a learner explanation, agenda, authorised reference access, exercise instructions and feedback.

Assessment: A knowledge check and an individual implementation portfolio assess gap analysis, proposed controls, responsibilities and monitoring. FSMQC course completion does not confer ISO certification, registered auditor status or accreditation. The licensed reference and applicable amendments control delivery. The catalogue uses the published 2012 edition. Check successor publication status before release; a draft does not replace the controlled reference.
