Introduction
FSMQC offers ISO 10001:2018 - Internal Auditor as a separate internal auditor course. Participants study the subject modules below and apply them through the selected training track. Completion of one track does not automatically award the other tracks.
Catalogue code: I02-IA. Contact FSMQC to confirm the course dates, entry requirements, delivery language and applicable assessment route.
Objectives
Review a service promise against the organisation’s adopted code and records. Interview a process owner, identify evidence gaps and write an internal review finding with clear criteria.
Target Attendees
Customer service, quality and service design personnel. FSMQC confirms course readiness, language and learner support needs before enrolment.
Course Outlines
Module 1. Customer commitments
Explain the purpose of a customer satisfaction code and the difference between a clear promise and an unmeasurable slogan. Identify customers, expectations, scope and resources.
Module 2. Code design
Develop understandable commitments, conditions, communication and complaint routes. Check that promises are realistic and supported by operational responsibilities and accessible information.
Module 3. Implementation and communication
Explain how staff learn the commitments and respond when a promise is not met. Align service processes and records so customers receive consistent information.
Module 4. Review and improvement
Use feedback, complaints and service evidence to evaluate the code. Identify unfulfilled commitments, decide improvements and communicate changes in a controlled manner.
Methodology
FSMQC uses instructor-led explanation, guided discussion and course-specific applied practice.
An FSMQC case in which advertised response times do not match actual service records. Use an FSMQC authored, fictional case with sufficient facts and records for independent learner work.
Learning resources: Customer promise examples, service records, code review checklist and communication plan. Provide a learner explanation, agenda, authorised reference access, exercise instructions and feedback.
Assessment: A knowledge check and individual practical audit outputs assess planning, evidence gathering, findings, reporting and follow-up. FSMQC course completion does not confer ISO certification, registered auditor status or accreditation. The licensed reference and applicable amendments control delivery.
