Objectives
Explain the purpose of a quality system and identify responsibilities in an order-to-delivery example. Complete a knowledge check and identify a missing process control.
Target Attendees
Quality teams, process owners and managers. FSMQC confirms course readiness, language and learner support needs before enrolment.
Course Outlines
Module 1. Customer and organisational context
Connect customer needs, organisational scope, interested parties and process interactions. Explain leadership, accountability and the relevance of risks and opportunities to consistent product and service delivery.
Module 2. Planning and support
Translate objectives into responsibilities and measurable actions. Review competence, communication, resources and controlled information. Include the applicable climate action amendment in the controlled teaching reference.
Module 3. Operational processes
Follow requirements through design where applicable, purchasing, delivery, release and control of nonconforming outputs. Explain how reliable records support decisions and traceability.
Module 4. Evaluation and improvement
Use performance measures, customer feedback, internal audit and management review to identify improvement. Distinguish immediate correction from corrective action that addresses the cause.
Methodology
FSMQC uses instructor-led explanation, guided discussion and course-specific applied practice.
A late and incomplete customer order at a fictional FSMQC training case organisation. Use an FSMQC authored, fictional case with sufficient facts and records for independent learner work.
Learning resources: Process map, order and release records, audit worksheet and implementation template. Provide a learner explanation, agenda, authorised reference access, exercise instructions and feedback.
Assessment: A knowledge check and a workplace scenario response assess understanding and individual responsibilities. FSMQC course completion does not confer ISO certification, registered auditor status or accreditation. The licensed reference and applicable amendments control delivery. The course uses the 2026 edition specified in the updated FSMQC training plan. Confirm the licensed 2026 reference and revised course materials before delivery.
